Prices shown below are in British pounds and are for the Villa for one week, not per person.Weeks spanning two season tariffs by 3 days or more will be charged at the higher rate.Prices for additional days on application.Please note that a deposit of 25% of the full holiday price will be required upon booking to hold your reservation.There is a security deposit of £100 which will be refunded within 10 days of the end of your stay. The balance plus security deposit should be paid for in full no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.Bookings with less than eight weeks notice can be arranged but should be paid for in full at the time of booking.
