This page gives details of the Villa layout,its facilities and other services available.
The Villa is a Semi detatched Four Bedroom property sleeping 8-11 which is Fully Air Conditioned and has its own Swimming Pool, Patio, Built in Barbecue and outside Dining area.
The Accommodation is spread over three floors.The Ground floor consists of;
Entrance Hall with downstairs toilet and aMarble Staircase leading to upper floors
| Fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher. The Kitchen is well equipped and contains everything you should need to cook for large groups and is equipped with a full size Cooker with Gas hob and electric oven, a full size dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. |
 | Lounge Area There is a spacious Lounge area with a 2 seater setee, two armchairs and a three seater setee,(which converts to a double bed). A corner unit housing a T.V. with sattelite system and a British DVD player plus a coffee table.

The First floor Consists of ; | |
 | Double Bedroom One Double Bedroom with En Suite shower room. Large wardrobe with 2 drawers. 2 bedside cabinets with lamps. |
 | Twin Rooms Two Twin bedrooms each with large wardrobe with drawers under. A bedside cabinet with lamp. One twin room has a patio door to the balcony which overlooks the Patio area and Pool. On the same floor there is also a large bathroom with shower. |

 | Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom measures 7m x 5m. There is a seating area at one end with 2 armchairs which convert to a single bed, and a coffee table. |
| There is a Double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe with drawers. There is also a Patio door giving access to the balcony which overlooks the Patio area and Pool. Off the bedroom there is also a small Utility room which houses Laundry equipment and can be used to store suitcases etc. |
 | Utility room A door off the master bedroom leads to a utility area equipped with an automatic washing machine, Ironing board and Iron. There is also plenty of space to store your suit cases and dirty laundry. |
The cost of all gas,electric and water is included in the price.
Hot water is from solar power on the roof and therefore is limited in colder weather.
The gas hob runs from bottled gas and will be checked before your arrival.
Air conditioning is free but we would ask that it is used sensibly and only turned on when rooms are occupied. The Air conditioning units also act as heaters in colder weather.Other Services that are available from Mehmet who looks after our Villa include;
Guest welcome Service which includes:
Starter pack placed in fridge for guests.
The starter pack will contain bread, milk, water, orange juice, butter & 6 eggs and the fee is to be paid directly to Mehmet by the guests at the beginning of their stay.Mehmet to contact guests ASAP after arrival to give advice on shops, restaurants, buses and other services.
Mehmet will also give guests his telephone number as an emergency contact during their stay.Trips for guests Including:
12 island boat tour,Jeep safari,White water rafting,Hill walking,Village tour & Turkish meal,Yoga retreat(min 5 days stay)
